    Hey all,

    Happy Wednesday!

This post contains a list of everything we’ve shipped over the last few months. Bigger features which have already received their own shout-out are first, followed by some smaller (but mighty useful) updates and bug fixes. Enjoy!

    1. Pax8 Integration: We’ve integrated with Pax8! Learn more in our Pax8 integration blog post here.
    2. Malwarebytes: We launched a Malwarebytes anti-malware integration!
    3. Appointments: We’ve added the ability for you to create “buffers” between Appointments, allowing you to have better control over how much time you’d like to allow in between scheduled Appointments.

    4. Appointments: You can now trigger Appointment Reminders to send to your Customers sometime before their Appointment, either by email and/or SMS.

    5. Appointments: We created a new “Appointment Type” template tag to be used in your Appointment Reminder emails!
    6. Invoices: You can now bill your Customers on a per-Contact basis within Recurring Invoices.

    8. Invoices: You can now specify the name of Invoices that will result from a Recurring Invoice Template. Learn more in our blog post here.
    9. Recurring Invoices: We’ve added a new Recurring Invoice Line Item type that calculates quantities based on the count of the Customer’s Contacts, or on the count of the Customer’s Contacts that have a particular custom field.
    10. Customer Portal: We now have Customer Portal User Permissions, similar to Syncro user account permissions! Create groups with specific settings to give your Customers access to only the information you wish for them to access.

    11. Documentation Center (Wiki): You can now upload photos into Wiki Pages.

    12. Tickets: You can now tell which Ticket Charges (Ticket Line Items) have been applied to which Invoices when looking at the Ticket Line Items modal on a Ticket.

    14. Leads: We released a new captcha to help prevent spammy Leads from getting into your account.
    15. Syncro Live: The Remote Session Indicator available within Syncro Live can now appear “on” by default in order to notify your client that you’re remoting into their device.

    Small, but mighty:

    1. Bitdefender: In the case of attempting to install Bitdefender on an Asset which already has another AV installed, we now surface a warning to communicate that Bitdefender can’t be installed, and show steps to resolve the issue.

    2. Estimates: We’ve added a setting for you to automatically “Decline” an Estimate after a certain amount of days of your choosing. Head to the Admin area of your account (Estimates > Preferences) to check it out.

    12. Automated Remediation: Auto-resolved Alerts will now also close Tickets that were created via Automated Remediation.

    16. Tickets: Now a Ticket’s resolution date can be edited via the Ticket edit page.
    17. Tickets: A few months ago, we launched a new way to view all currently running Ticket Timers. We recently released another user-requested update to this feature which allows you to now stop any currently running Ticket Timer from this page! Check it out in your account to learn more.
