Rainbow

The Rainbow Affinity Group was created to provide support and workspace community for our LGBTQ+ employees. Through various initiatives, Rainbow is able to drive awareness into the experiences of the LGBTQ+ collective, provide education around topics that increase understanding, and promote inclusivity and belonging.

Earthtones

The mission and purpose of Earth-Tones is to provide a safe space* for people of color and equal opportunities for growth and development within Syncro.
