DLL Techs is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Glendora, California that serves clients in the San Gabriel Valley. DLL co-founders Mirna De Lira Lopez and Christopher Fischer needed to streamline their operations and find ways to work more efficiently. The DLL team found ConnectWise so complicated to use that they ended up completing a lot of tasks manually.
“Things that should be very simple, like reporting, just seemed to take days,” says Lopez. “It was always a challenge getting integrations to work or we had to pay for an integration or it was just kind of clunky.”
Fischer says ConnectWise wasn’t worth the expense or the hassle. Techs were slowed down by struggles with the system, or they wouldn’t work with it at all.
