DLL Techs is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Glendora, California that serves clients in the San Gabriel Valley. Fischer says ConnectWise wasn’t worth the expense or the hassle. Techs were slowed down by struggles with the system, or they wouldn’t work with it at all.
