    Hey Syncro Users,

    Here’s a list of various updates we’ve made to Syncro over the last several weeks.

    1. Emsisoft: We changed pricing from $2 to $1.50 per month, per device. Thanks Emsisoft!
    2. Mailer: Use the “plus” symbol next to the Customer Search section of your Mailer campaigns to target messages to a certain Customer type!

    3. Assets & RMM: We improved the Overview tab to be more clear about unmanaged AV being present or not. RMM Alerts can now be accessed from the Assets & RMM page by using the “View” dropdown menu.

    4. Main Dashboard: We added Asset Alerts graphs to the main dashboard, as well as “Tickets Updated Today.”

    5. Automated Remediation: Added a condition to Automated Remediation to filter on Asset Custom Fields.
    6. Ticket Timer: We made some minor changes to let you handle Ticket timer entries better! Now you can undo the ‘charged’ status of a time entry if you have or will delete the Ticket charge, so you can make any updates needed and re-charge it.
    7. API: We added Product category support to the API for creating/updating Products.
    8. API: We have added Vendor IDs to Products.
    9. API: The API now supports adding and/or deleting photos from Products.
    10. API: We fixed the ability to scan Estimate barcodes on our mobile apps.
    11. Leads API: Now the query filter has been fixed for the leads endpoint in the API.
    12. Invoice API: We fixed the Payments detail endpoint to include payment details when the Invoice was part of a multi-invoice payment. This used to show the Invoice as having no attached payment.
    13. Scripting: Now you can clone a Script with a click from the list or detail view.
    14. Scripting: Now our custom Powershell module includes some awesome helper functions for working with Tickets in the PSA. You can create a Ticket, add a timer entry to it, add a comment, and update the status.
    15. Scripting: You can now delete Script files.
    16. Imports: Business Name can now be one of the two fields required for a Customer import.
    17. Policies: We fixed the pagination on the Policies index page.
    18. Custom Widgets: In Custom Widgets you can now choose the minimum notice time for Appointments for each widget, instead of just using the account default.
    19. Custom Widgets: In the Customer Detail portion of a Custom Widget flow, you’re now able to toggle mobile number off, like address can be toggled off.
    20. Ticket Charges: You can now adjust the quantities in Ticket Charges for any items that are not maintain-stock items.
    21. Misc: Customer, Asset, and Ticket pages will no longer show the tutorial message when no results are found for a search.
    22. Bug Fix: Notification center emails no longer lose their paragraph spacing.
    23. Bug Fix: Customer page will no longer show you the ‘Add a Customer’ info if you just have no results for a search.
    24. Bug Fix: Fixed various bugs to make Automated Remediation more reliable.
    25. Bug Fix: Encrypted fields would not update properly sometimes. Now they do 🙂

    Just in case you missed it, here’s a list of some bigger feature updates and releases we’ve made recently:

     

    1. Asset Grouping by Site Location: You can now add a site location to a client’s Assets in Syncro, using the location as a search query in the Asset search function to bring up all Assets at a particular site. Find out more here.
    2. Mailer Updates (more details here):
      • You can now send emails to Contacts, in addition to the primary email on a Customer account!
      • You can now view more valuable insights about your emails by clicking on the “Stats” icon next to one of your campaigns.
      • You can now send an email to a certain subset of Customers, based on the Asset types that appear on their account.
    3. Scripting: We launched our Community Script Library! Here you can view/use a variety of scripts submitted by both the Syncro team and your fellow Syncro community members. Enjoy!
    4. Assets & RMM: We added Automated Remediation to our RMM & Assets feature set. Use Automated Remediation to automatically perform actions when an RMM Alert is created. More on that here.
    5. Assets & RMM: 3rd Party Patch Management has arrived! Use this feature to automatically install and update applications on your client Assets. To learn more, view our blog post here.
    6. Assets & RMM: Check out the new alerts charts at the top of the page, many can be clicked to drill into the data easily too. More info here.
    7. Bitdefender: We integrated with Bitdefender Managed Antivirus. Find out how to enable and use Bitdefender here.
    8. Reporting: We added Customer RMM and Executive Summary Reports to help you stay in touch with your clients. More on that here.
    9. Ticket Comments: We’ve updated the Ticket Comments section to be “Ticket Communications!” We’ve rearranged some things to make it easier to see what’s going on, and changed the functionality to make it more user-friendly. Read more in our blog post here.
    10. Custom Ticket Workflows: Customize your Ticket creation workflow to include only the fields you desire! Make it your new default to override the current flow. More info here.
    11. Scripting: The Scripts module now has a revamped scheduling page! Instead of just listing what’s being sent to the devices now, it now contains a list of those Assets with a scheduled script assigned, and it has bulk deletion available for the scheduled script executions.     12. Policies: Added more options to customize the system tray menu: dividers, text labels, run commands, and more.
