We’ve added the ability for MSPs to use their own Twilio accounts, and associated SMS phone numbers, within Syncro. Now you can send SMS messages to your clients for any number of things, like Ticket Comments and Appointment confirmations.
We’ve even added an SMS option to our Mailer module, so you can send notification texts to any segment of your customer base all at the same time!
For our power users, we’ve built an integration with Twilio Studio, allowing you to extend the core functionality well beyond that of the base integration.
