Today we’re rolling out two new updates to Recurring Invoices that came directly from our user community.
For those of you utilizing our ability to pick up all pending Ticket Charges and bill them automatically, we’ve expanded that functionality so you can now determine which Ticket Statuses to pull unbilled Ticket Charges from.
We’ve also added a new option that allows you to apply any pending credit the Customer may have on file, and deduct that from the Invoice balance automatically.
