We’re ready to show off phase two of the three pending additions to our new Executive Summary Report Builder. For those of you not aware, these updates were exclusively comprised of feedback from the Syncro community. This update adds just one module, but it’s a big one. We’re adding the ability to report on the presence of custom field values.
This new module allows you to count any custom field matching (or not matching) criteria defined in custom text, checkbox, dropdown, and date fields on asset records. This adds a nearly limitless amount of custom reporting capabilities to this customer-facing report. You can even provide custom names to these reporting blocks to further define these metrics for your customers.
We’re so proud to have developed this hand in hand with the Syncro Community. Our new Custom Field Counter for our Executive Summary Report Builder will be available to all Syncro accounts later today.
