Customer-Only Ticket Creation Added to Syncro PSA

Today we released a small, but commonly requested update to our Mailbox feature. You can now set your support Mailbox to automatically create Tickets in your Syncro account only if the sender already exists within your Syncro instance as a Customer/Contact.
