New Executive Leadership Team

Earlier this year, we welcomed Michael George as Syncro’s new CEO. Beyond a genuine passion for empowering MSPs, Michael also brings decades of experience and a vision for Syncro’s bright future. 

Under Michael’s leadership, we’ve also been joined by industry veterans like Dee Zepf, Chief Product Officer, and Chad Lindsey, Chief Revenue Officer. Both bring deep industry and technology expertise, as well as a shared commitment to meeting the evolving needs of MSPs and IT professionals.

Together, our leadership team has helped refine our vision, ensuring Syncro’s roadmap is designed to deliver the tools and support our partners need to grow their businesses, operate more efficiently, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Native AI Capabilities for Smarter Workflows

AI continued to be a hot topic, and as such, we’ve taken a thoughtful approach to embedding this technology into the Syncro platform. Our goal is simple: Make workflows smarter, faster, and more efficient for MSPs and IT folks, without overstepping into areas best managed by human expertise.

With features like guided ticket resolution, sentiment analysis, and smart search, Syncro now leverages AI to streamline processes and unlock new efficiencies. Most importantly, these tools were built with security and privacy in mind, thus ensuring partner data remains protected at all times.

Our approach to AI is driven by a belief that technology should empower, not replace. By focusing on practical, actionable solutions, we’ve developed tools that help MSPs work smarter and spend more time where it matters — building relationships with customers and growing their business.

Syncro Rebrand & Community Improvements

This year, we unveiled a refreshed Syncro brand, complete with a new website, updated resources, and a commitment to providing meaningful, user-centric experiences.

Additionally, we remain steadfast in our community-building efforts as we lay the groundwork for a new Syncro community platform – one designed to connect MSPs and IT professionals, foster collaboration, and support ongoing partner growth.

The new community platform, launching soon, will offer a space where users can share knowledge, best practices, and insights, creating a network of support and collaboration that extends beyond Syncro’s tools.

These changes reflect our dedication to not just delivering a platform, but building a vibrant, connected ecosystem that helps our partners achieve more with less effort.

As we step into 2025, the goals for our roadmap remain ambitious yet attainable, and are focused on three core areas:
