Ticket Page Redesign Beta
Completely revamps the Syncro ticket page design, improving navigation, making it easier to quickly find the information you need, and adding new functionality to the page. This update includes updates like left hand navigation, in-line edits, color-coded ticket statuses, ticket groupings, and more.
This beta feature is available for all Syncro accounts and can be activated by navigating to the Beta section of the Ticket Settings page in the Admin module.
Mobile App Updates
This update adds @mentions to the mobile app, letting you collaborate with colleagues or end users. This update also removes character limits in ticket comments.

Branding Updates
Our updated branding will be rolling out across the Snycro platform and mobile app this month. We focused on creating a neutral and user friendly experience that evokes the new brand, ensuring you can focus on what matters distraction free.
Network Discovery: Scan & Discover – Early Access
This early access includes the first of two waves of our network discovery features, enabling network scans and device discovery. Automatically scan and identify all devices connected to a network including workstations, servers, printers, scanners, and other network-enabled devices. A subsequent release will include the ability to easily install Syncro agents on discovered devices.

Ticket Metric Standardization – Early Access
Updates and standardizes ticket metrics across the Syncro platform to ensure better consistency and ease of access across ticket Views and key reports. Improved metrics include Average First Response Time and Average Resolution Time.
