Syncro Chat Brought to Syncro RMM & PSA Mobile Apps

When we released Syncro’s revolutionary Chat module, Syncro Chat, we promised big things were yet to come. Today we are delivering on that promise by adding full Chat support into our mobile apps. Full support means, well, full support. We’ve included everything here, from push notifications, technician-initiated chats, transferring and re-assigning chats, to archiving chats, and even viewing a customer’s full archived chat history. If you can do it on the web, you can do it in the mobile app, too.
