Syncro is delivering on yet another highly requested feature, Syncro Chat. But simply calling it live chat would really be doing a disservice to the feature. This is chat designed by MSPs, for MSPs.
We took a long, hard look at how chat was being handled by some top-tier remote control products, as well as some of our very own competitors. We asked ourselves, “Is this style of one-to-one live chat good enough for Syncro? Is it good enough for our customers?” The answer was a resounding no.
So instead of replicating the same stale “live chat” implementations that exist everywhere today, we set out to create an MSP-centric chat platform that fits into your workflow, not the other way around. Syncro Chat allows one-to-one communications between you and your customers, without the requirement of both parties being present. Think of it more like sending text messages to one another.
Besides fully asynchronous chat, we’ve added archived chat history to customer records, the ability to assign chats to and from other technicians, creating tickets from chats, chat filters, searches, and more.
What we’re delivering today is already the best chat implementation ever seen in an MSP platform, but this isn’t the end of what we have in store for Syncro Chat, it’s simply the beginning.
