As a technician, you’ve been able to assign yourself to a ticket, and today we’re enhancing that functionality.
Now, technicians can subscribe other technicians to their tickets, simplifying the ticketing notification process even further.
When subscribed to a ticket, a technician will receive alerts just as if they were the main technician on the ticket.
