Product Enhancement: Add Time on Behalf of a Technician

Syncro has now added the ability to add ticket time and notes on behalf of a technician!

The new capability allows MSP owners and billing admins to add missed time on tickets as part of their regular approve and post process. The feature requires a new security permission to control access to designated users.
