Issues Resolved:

Assets:

• Resolved a condition that caused a “500 error” when attempting to edit Assets with a specific custom field name

Backgrounding Tools:

• Updated RMM Settings Text to ‘Show Backgrounding Tools Remote Access Session Indicator By Default”

Integrations and Add-Ons:

• Improved Webroot Integration back-end to enhance the overall experience (specifically, uninstall/re-install tasks)
• Improved Webroot Integration to prevent duplicate devices in Webroot Dashboard
• Improved Splashtop BYO accessibility when Syncro Splashtop is not used
• Resolved an issue with Dropbox Integration where the App Card occasionally caused a “500 error” that in some cases caused backups to not sync as expected
• Resolved an issue where Emsisoft licenses would show an incorrect license expiration date

Mac Agent:

• Resolved an issue where some assets did not appear in the Syncro dashboard after a successful installation
• Resolved an issue where two tray icons might appear where there should only be one
• Improved chat functionality to remove the potential for sent messages to show up twice
