Asset Management

  • Resolved an issue where searching for a custom asset field (checkbox type) did not return the expected results

Integrations

  • Resolved an issue where disabling a user-based MFA requirement would erroneously display an error that global MFA was not enabled
  • Resolved an issue where Emsisoft licenses were erroneously reporting “Expired”
  • Resolved an issue where an unexpected login prompt would occur when trying to make a payment through Authorize.net on the Customer Portal

Invoices

  • Resolved an issue where payment retries for a failed transaction did not retry nor send an alert email as expected
  • Resolved an issue that caused invoice line items to not display in the expected order

OS Patch Management

  • Resolved an issue where certain OS Patching conditions were not following the specified Policy
  • Resolved an issue where an erroneous alert would be generated for VSS monitoring, despite no alert policy being specified
  • Resolved an issue where a Policy would not apply on a new device as expected
  • Resolved an issue where Policy Inheritance was not being applied properly
  • Resolved an issue where certain conditions would cause a “500 error” when attempting to utilize Policy Inheritance

Reporting

  • Resolved an issue with the Executive Report where the Alerts Resolved metric was not displaying results as expected
  • Resolved an issue that caused the “Ticket Time Entry” Report display only the date stamp, but not the timestamp
  • Resolved an issue that caused the “Executive Summary” report to display the incorrect value for “Unmanaged” devices

Tickets

  • Resolved an issue where creating a ticket from the Asset Details page would not display the initial description as expected
  • Resolved an issue where the ticket communication log details would not display as expected
  • Resolved an issue where “Mark Resolved & Charge for Uncharged Time” was not functioning as expected
  • Resolved an issue where the ticket due date was not being saved as expected, due to Daylight Saving Time
