Our leaders present the objectives to the entire company and touch base on progress throughout the quarter so that everyone is on the same page and sees the role they play in not only their own department’s success but also Syncro as a whole. We celebrate our wins and acknowledge when we need to pull harder.

In addition to sharing our goals and objectives during weekly all-company meetings, we encourage transparency in other ways. Our team members can ask questions of our CEO Emily Glass anonymously through a Google Form so that everyone feels comfortable seeking information about any topic. She answers the questions she receives in her weekly update on Slack. This allows us to maintain a free flow of two-way communication at all times.

Our #customer-love Slack channel is constantly flowing with awesome interactions we’ve had with our MSP partners. Our partners keep us educated, motivated, and inspired— whether we’re helping them find a solution to heal their persistent pain points, walking them through setup, answering questions, or listening to their feedback.
