We’ve added a small improvement to one of our Ticket Template Tags: {{ticket_public_comments_for_email}}. Now, you can provide your Customers with a nicely formatted grouping of each Public Ticket Comment within a Ticket through a single tag, organized by newest comments at the top.

If you already have a Syncro account, add this tag to your Ticket Comment email template to improve your Customer communication experience.
