You Can Now Run Multiple Ticket Timers at Once!

Hey Syncro Users,

We thought we’d start your weekend off on a good note by sharing a highly requested update to the Tickets module.

You can now run multiple Ticket labor logs at the same time, allowing you to properly track and charge for time if you’re working on more than one job at a time!

You’ll notice a new addition to the top bar of your Syncro account called “active timers” anytime you have at least one timer running.

If you click this text, you will see a list of all Ticket Timers currently running. Additionally, if you click on any single timer log from the list, it will take you directly into the Ticket where the timer is running.
