Today we’ve added a small update to the SMS feature set within Syncro which allows your clients to respond to Tickets via SMS. We’re happy to share that your clients can now include images in their SMS messages!
As a result, this allows for a more complete Ticket Communication history for you and your team, plus allows your clients to reference images they’ve shared with you.
