We’ve been talking to MSPs about the challenges they’re facing as everyone adjusts to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation. One of the things we kept hearing was that MSPs needed an easy, plug-and-play way to reach out to their clients to check-in and see how things are going, and if they need any help moving remote.

Today, we released pre-made Mailer templates to all Syncro accounts that can be used to contact clients. You can modify them to fit your needs, or just send them out with the default content.

There are three templates:

  • “Covid-19 – Need help moving remote?”
  • “Covid-19 – No Disruption of Services”
  • “Covid-19 – Residential Mailer”

Hopefully, these templates help you contact your clients while you’re busy doing other work.
