We’ve added several new features recently to help you better manage your Customers and Contacts within Syncro. From custom Invoice templates on a per-Customer basis to defining which specific Contacts will receive marketing, billing, and reporting emails, you now have even more customization at your fingertips. Due to these updates, we thought now was a good time to allow you to edit those features in bulk!

Starting today, we’re adding the ability to bulk-edit Customers, allowing you to set Contact preferences, default Invoice templates and terms, and sales tax rates with the click of a button. You can also set whether or not you want to apply these changes to Customers only, Contacts only, or both.
