View Full List of Actively Running Ticket Timers

Release Update

Hey there everyone, happy Friday. We’ve got a nice new update for you based on some really good community feedback we received.

We’ve added a new page that allows you to see all the currently active ticket timers that you have running, giving you greater visibility on what is being worked on and for how long.

Note: All Global Admins will have immediate view access to this feature.
Non-Global Admins will need a Security Groups permission activated called “Ticket Timers – Overview” before they are able to see the All Timers page.”

There are two ways to find this new page.

1. On the top right of the Syncro app, you’ll notice the Active Timer drop-down at the upper right of the page. At the bottom of this drop-down, select the button called “All Timers”.

2. Simply go to your Tickets page, click the ‘View’ drop-down and click ‘Active Timers’

Mobile App Updates Coming Soon!

Heads up! In the near future, the Syncro mobile app is getting a bit of an update. You may see some surprises, so stay tuned for more info on these updates soon!
