Ticket Subscribers Feature Addition within Syncro PSA

Tickets are getting some love this week with the addition of Ticket Subscribers. Now you can add yourself as a subscriber to any Ticket, allowing you to receive notifications just as you would if you were assigned directly to the Ticket itself.
