Syncro is proud to announce the release of our new Mac Agent, allowing MSPs to fully support their fleet of Mac assets side by side with their Windows counterparts. The Mac Agent enables support for RMM alerting, live chat, remote access via our native Splashtop integration, scripting (with full support for required files and script variables) and managed antivirus support for both BitDefender and Webroot.
Our new Mac agent supports Apple’s most recent macOS release, Monterey (12), along with the four most recent versions of macOS, which include Big Sur (11), Catalina (10.15), Mojave (10.14), and High Sierra (10.13).
