Roadmap Update

We’ve recently made exciting updates to our roadmap and expanded it to include projects that are in planning, as well as design and development.  Take a quick tour to get a rundown of the key changes, from reporting and patching enhancements to continued expansion with Microsoft, and more!

Live Now

Archive Asset

Archive Assets provides a clean, structured way for you to retire devices from active use while maintaining historical visibility across tickets, alerts, and reports.

By archiving assets instead of deleting them, you’ll avoid billing for unused devices, eliminate reporting noise, and retain necessary audit trails for compliance, all while preserving tech efficiency and ensuring clean system hygiene. Archived devices are fully removed from billing and operational flows but remain accessible with key history intact.

Multiple Outbound Email Domains

Configure and utilize several outbound email domains in your settings with Syncro’s Multiple Outbound Email Domains, now live.

This feature allows users to send emails from various domains associated with customer organizations in Syncro, increasing brand consistency, enabling personalized communications, and enhancing email deliverability.

ThreatDown Integration

We’re excited to announce a new Marketplace offering through our integration with ThreatDown.

Purchase ThreatDown solutions directly through the Syncro Marketplace, provision them instantly for clients, and consolidate charges through our Universal Billing model. This eliminates the need for multiple vendor portals and invoices, helping you reduce administrative overhead and deliver enterprise‑grade security faster.

Ticket Timer Enhancement

We have made the Ticket Timer Enhancement available for locales outside of North America. We have also implemented updates to the Timer Log based on feedback we’ve received since launch.

Quality of Life Updates

Customer Organizations

  • The city field now automatically populates when addresses are searched on the Organization Edit page.

Invoices

  • The ‘Status’ column now sorts as expected on the Recurring Invoice index page.
  • Invoices no longer duplicate across pages when sorted alphabetically by Customer on the Invoice index.
  • The Invoice and Template Name columns in the Recurring Invoice list are now correctly labeled.

Tickets

  • The restore option for in-progress Ticket Comments now triggers after enabling Ticket Info dropdowns with the “Enable Detailed Time Entry for Ticket Comments” setting.
  • Tickets for Customer Organizations with a single associated Contract now only apply the Contract when the “Contract Applies to All Tickets” setting is enabled.
  • Lead descriptions with 3rd-party forms now carry over in full when converted to a Ticket, preventing truncation.

Usability & Notable Fixes

  • End User Portal now reliably displays all public comments on Tickets as expected.
  • Managed Windows Defender detections are now fully reflected in the ‘Antivirus Threats Detected’ visual and text blocks within both the Internal and Executive Summary Report Builders.
  • Navigation Menu now consistently displays all tabs across browser resolutions, with the right-most tab always visible or properly shown under the “More” dropdown.
  • Purchase Orders now allow full editing of the date field when a user has the ‘edit’ permission enabled in Security Preferences.
