Syncro Snapshot

Introducing Syncro Snapshot

Built in partnership with CyberDrain, Syncro Snapshot is a free and seamless Microsoft 365 tenant security assessment tailored for MSPs. It delivers fast, actionable insights without setup hassles, credential storage, or integration downtime.

Snapshot surfaces critical tenant data, including the current Microsoft Secure Score, and identifies misconfigurations, gaps, and risk exposure across identity, device, app, and data layers.

Why MSPs love it:

  • Instantly quantify tenant security with a familiar metric: Microsoft Secure Score. Perfect for reporting, compliance, or sales enablement.
  • Highlight misconfigurations and remediation needs before they create risk
  • Use the report to support cross-sell and upsell opportunities including backup, hardening, monitoring, and managed services.
  • Save time, reduce tooling overhead, and standardize assessments across multiple tenants.

Join us for a live webinar with CyberDrain on December 12, 2025. We’ll walk through a demo and share practical ways MSPs can use the assessment to drive growth and security wins.

Additional Co-Managed Permissions (Assets, Scripts, Reporting)

We have added more permissions to Security Groups, allowing partners who offer co-managed IT support to give users greater control over assets, scripting, and reporting for their specific customers. Users assigned to a customer-specific Security Groups can now perform more tasks including:

  • installing Windows patches
  • applying policies to assets
  • rebooting devices
  • adding/editing scripts
  • running reports

Ironscales Integration

With this integration, partners can now seamlessly provision, migrate, and centrally bill for Ironscales, an email security vendor, offering AI-powered threat detection and automated incident response for clients. This transforms email security from a time-consuming, manual process into a highly automated, profitable service offering.

Coming Soon

Script Access by Category – Early Access Signup

Enforce security and operational policies with precision. We are in the process of introducing the ability for global administrators to control user access to scripts by Script Category. This enhancement allows administrators to assign specific Script Categories to Security Groups, ensuring users can only add, edit, or run scripts appropriate for their role or expertise.

Linux Agent MVP – Early Access Signup

This feature will bring near-parity RMM functionality — including robust scripting, comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and secure remote access via Splashtop — to critical Linux server environments, enabling partners to standardize monitoring, scripting, and remote support across their entire asset base.

Child Ticket Summary in Parent Tickets – Early Access Signup

This feature introduces a redesigned summary table of Child Tickets in Parent Tickets, providing Project Managers with a powerful, centralized view of project components. This customizable table provides instant visibility into task status, assignment, and financial tracking, highlighting any unassigned or overdue work. Managers can then make rapid, necessary updates to any Child Ticket without leaving the Parent Ticket, ensuring seamless project control and timely delivery.
