Ticket Timer Enhancements

The team is working to make the Ticket Timer Enhancement available for locales outside of North America. We are also working to implement updates to the Timer Log based on feedback we’ve received since launch.

SNMPv3 Network Discovery and Monitoring

Secure network monitoring by enabling discovery and polling of devices using SNMPv3.

Network Discovery and SNMP Monitoring now includes full support for SNMPv3, enabling you to easily meet security rules like HIPAA, PCI DSS, and GDPR by using secure SNMP settings across all your client networks.

Syncro Mobile App: Dark Mode

Enhance the Syncro Mobile App experience for on-the-go technicians by reducing eye strain and improving visibility in low-light conditions.

This design choice is specifically engineered to minimize blue light exposure, reduce glare, and optimize screen readability in both dim and bright environments. The result is a more comfortable viewing experience that can help alleviate technician eye strain during long working hours and enhance focus on tasks such as ticket management, asset inspection, and remote troubleshooting.

Microsoft User Actions (Revoke Sessions & Block Users)

We’re excited to introduce two new Microsoft user actions: Revoke Active Sessions and Block/Unblock User, giving technicians direct control to secure user accounts in mapped Microsoft 365 tenants.

This enhancement extends Syncro’s Microsoft user actions by enabling real-time identity control across customer tenants. Technicians can revoke session tokens or block users with a single click, helping prevent unauthorized access and accelerate resolution without needing to log in to the Microsoft admin portal.

Quality of Life Updates

Ticketing & Automation

  • Added a new Ticket Automation action to allow tickets to change their Issue Type.
  • Enhanced Recurring Tickets to clearly indicate all required fields in the creation form.
  • Fixed an issue where the Ticket Workflows page was not paginating correctly.
  • Fixed a UI issue on the Automated Remediation page where the ‘Trigger Category’ dropdown was affected.

API

  • Introduced API support for managing Customer Tags.
Invoices created via the API now automatically sync with accounting integrations.
  • Improved performance on high-usage accounts by enabling eager loading on Ticket Tag API endpoints.

Usability & Notable Fixes

  • Resolved a problem where appointments scheduled less than 24 hours in advance would send both ‘Invitation’ and ‘Reminder’ emails at the same time if reminders were enabled.
  • The Invoice and Estimates page now displays quick filters by default for easier navigation.
