Hey Syncro Users!
Happy Friday. Today we’ve got something short and sweet – a nice improvement to our Ticket Worksheets feature.
In a few hours time, you will notice the following change within your Syncro account: we’ve removed the Worksheets tab from the Ticket overview page in order to reduce clicks and make things simpler. Now, instead of Worksheets being on a separate tab, it exists as its own section in the Ticket overview itself.
We hope this improvement helps to make Worksheets easier to find and use, saving you time in your day-to-day workflows!
