Installed Application Tracking Now Available on Syncro Devices

Hey everyone,

Today is truly a happy Monday, because tracking installed apps on Syncro Devices is now possible!

With this update, you can powerfully search for Assets with certain apps installed, as well as granularly look at individual Assets and see what apps have been installed on them.

To do this, simply:

1. Click on an Asset listed within the Assets & RMM table.
2. Look for a new tab called “Installed Apps.” 
3. Here you will find a list of all installed apps on the Asset, including the app name, vendor, version number, and roughly when it was installed.
   
   
   
   
4. Use the search field at the top of the page to search for all Assets with a certain app installed. Check out how the search function updates the table below in realtime!
