Hey all,
Today’s feature release is a product of direct community feedback in regard to processing payments within Syncro.
We’re happy to share that we’ve enabled ACH payment processing within Syncro via Element Payment Services (a Vantiv company)!
After shopping around and comparing rates, we found that Element had a very competitive flat rate pricing option, as opposed to most processors who charge based on a percentage of your transactions. Using ACH payments in Syncro should decrease your costs, and save you a ton of time by automating your billing and payments.
Please note that you will need to contact Vantiv in order to discuss rates and set up your Element Express ACH credentials.
After creating an account with Vantiv and gathering your Element credentials, you can follow the instructions in our Help Center article here to set up ACH billing as a payment method option in recurring and/or one-time Invoices.
After setting up the integration, creating a new payment method type and adding your client’s banking information to Syncro, you’ll be able to choose ACH as the preferred payment method on recurring Invoices within your Syncro account.
