Today we’re sharing a mix of feature updates we’ve recently released. Read on to find out more!
Cloning Policies
You now have the ability to clone Policies in Syncro, making it less manual (and therefore, much faster) to duplicate Policy settings. Here’s how this works:
- Log into your Syncro account and make your way over the the Policies module.
- Locate the Policy you’d like to clone from the list of available options.
- Click the context menu icon to the right of the listed Policy and select the “Clone” option.
- From here, you’ll be able to rename the Policy, make adjustments, and save!
Syncro Live Updates
We’ve implemented some user-requested updates to Syncro Live:
- Mobile improvements:
- Touch input is now supported, so if you’re using Syncro Live on a tablet or mobile device that requires a keyboard input, Syncro Live will recognize this and supply the keyboard function on your device.
- File download UX improvements:
- Now when you’re in the “File System” tab of Syncro Live, a new “Download” link will appear on the right side of the file listing as you hover. Additionally, after clicking “Download,” a gray progress bar will appear on the bottom right-hand side of the page to track file download progress.
“Days Offline” Filter for Asset Saved Search
We’ve added a new field to Asset Saved Search to help you track Assets that have been offline for a certain number of days.
- Simply head over to your Syncro account and open the “Assets & RMM” tab.
- Click the “Filter” button toward the top of the page and select “Create New.”
- In the Asset Saved Search creation popup, you will see the newly added “Hasn’t check in for days” filter, where you can enter in a number of days.
Custom Ticket Workflow Improvement
We released a big improvement to the “Related Assets” section of Custom Ticket Workflows. Now, after adding an existing Customer to your Ticket workflow, the Asset field will automatically become a searchable drop-down list, filled with the Customer’s Assets.
