Today we’re excited to announce the next feature from our new Community-Driven Development Track!
A special shout out goes to Jeremy McSpadden and Frank Goudailler who shared credit for the request. Jeremy wanted a way to add quick-access links to Customer results in searches. This would give him one-click access to filtered lists of things like Assets, Tickets, Invoices and Estimates. So you’ll now find these new icons next to your Customer results while searching.
Frank wanted something similar, where Asset results in searches would show a Syncro Live icon enabling one-click access to that functionality as well. We took this one a step further and added icons for ScreenConnect, Splashtop and Teamviewer, if you’ve enabled any of those integrations.
