Portal User Updates within Syncro RMM & PSA

We’re making it even easier to utilize our Customer Portal feature by allowing you to enable or disable Portal Users by simply checking a box. It will automatically use their email address as their login, and send them an email (which you can fully customize) to set up a password for their account.

If you need to bulk-enable Portal Users, we’ve added that functionality as well. You can now select Customers in bulk and enable or disable Portal Users for Customers only, Contacts only, or both at the same time.
