    We added the ability for non-Global Admins to access the Recurring Tickets functionality.

    We revamped the Recurring Tickets module to include a new Recurring Ticket button, the ability to add Assets automatically each time a new Ticket is generated, as well as the ability to include Ticket Worksheets.

    We made several changes to the SNMP module, including:

    1. SNMP Assets have been merged into RMM assets
    2. SNMP monitoring can now be enabled on any asset type
    3. #2 includes Syncro Devices, so you can monitor a Server on the RMM side, and on the SNMP side through a single asset
    4. All SNMP-related fields can now be filtered in Asset Saved Searches
    5. An “SNMP Enabled” dropdown filter has now been added to the Assets list for quick filtering
    6. You will now be able to merge Assets with SNMP enabled. So if you had a Server as a Syncro Device, and as an SNMP Asset as well, you’ll now be able to merge those together. Merged assets will effectively dedupe OIDs where applicable

    Bug Fix: We fixed a UI issue where the security groups drop-down was not displaying properly when creating a new user.

    Bug Fix: We fixed an issue where creating a custom ticket status that includes “Resolved” tickets would incorrectly show them when viewing Customer Detail page and filtering for “Unresolved” tickets.

    Bug Fix: We fixed an issue where Invoice email open time was showing when the email was sent, not when it was opened.

    Bug Fix: We fixed an issue where when creating a recurring invoice from a standalone invoice, bundles would disappear from the recurring invoice template.

    Bug Fix: We fixed an issue where a disabled user email was showing as an active user on split tickets.
