We Have an MSI Installer!

Hey Syncro Users,

Many of you have requested an MSI installer for Syncro and we’re happy to report that we’ve delivered on this ask 🙂

If you wish to deploy the Syncro agent on Syncro Devices in bulk using Windows’ Group Policy you can now use the MSI installer to do so.

In order to do this, simply:

1. Log into your Syncro account.
2. Go to the Customers module.
3. Select a Customer who you’d like to install the Syncro agent on.
4. Select “RMM Agent Installer.”
5. Select the policy you’d like to use to deploy the installer.
6. Click the “Windows (MSI)” option.
