Today we updated Resource Usage Alerts within the Syncro RMM Agent so they’re far more useful at a glance. Previously, when you were alerted on high CPU or Memory usage for any given Asset, you’d know there was a problem, but it was difficult to determine the culprit without deeper investigation.
We’ve solved this by now passing along the top 5 processes consuming CPU or Memory at the time your alert fired. We’ve also included the total amount of CPU or Memory being consumed as well, so you can easily determine how far over your threshold your Asset was when the alert was triggered.
