In our efforts to improve performance and page load times over the past several weeks, we’ve:
- Significantly increased the number of servers in our web clusters to smooth out the web application performance
- Made various optimizations with how we handle our web request queues
- Made significant updates to how we manage traffic in our RMM backend
Bug Fix: we fixed an issue with Tickets where Recurring Invoices set to pick up all pending charges on a ticket were setting the Billing Status field to ‘Partially Invoiced’ rather than ‘Invoiced’.
