We added a new script to the Community Script Library due to a security vulnerability reported by Microsoft. It disables SMBv3 Compression on devices with SMBv3 support and also has the ability to re-enable SMBv3 Compression once the vulnerability is addressed. Search the library for: “Security: Enable or Disable SMBv3 Compression (ADV200005)” for more information.
You can now update a Ticket Status automatically when responding to a client on a Ticket Communication. Learn more here.
