Major Service Level Agreement (SLA) Revisions Within Syncro PSA

Today we released some major new revisions to the Contracts/SLA feature within Syncro. You can now have your SLA timers automatically stop and start based on your business hours, holiday schedules, and even based on individual ticket status.
