This release builds on features added in 2024 to help Syncro partners get a complete picture of how their technicians are using their time. With Technician Utilization Reporting, you can generate detailed reports that break down:

  • Overall Utilization: Understand overall time logged on tickets and what percentage of total time was billable. 
  • Time by Ticket Type: Understand how your technicians allocate their time across different ticket categories.
  • Billable vs. Non-Billable Hours: Gain clarity on what’s driving revenue and what isn’t.
  • Tickets Closed: Get a comprehensive view of technician efficiency and workload management.

These reports make it easier than ever to analyze performance and ensure your technicians are being utilized effectively.

Tracking Core Business KPIs in Syncro

We’ve built this feature to address key visibility challenges Syncro users face. Determining what is working and what isn’t, tracking individual performance, and finding detailed insights into operational opportunities can be tricky, and we want to make it as simple as possible. 

This release builds on previous updates, such as our Non-Billable Time Tracking functionality, which allows technicians to set timer entries as billable or non-billable and automatically applies default rates based on contract settings. Together, these updates provide a seamless, accurate, and efficient time-tracking experience.
