    We’ve added an optional setting that updates the Ticket Status to ‘Invoiced’ when making an Invoice from a Ticket. The setting is called “Use ‘Invoiced’ ticket status in addition to ticket’s billing status” and is located at Admin > Tickets > Preferences.

    Bug Fix: We fixed an issue with Broadcast Messages where Customers couldn’t be selected when attempting to create the Broadcast message.
