    Appointments:

    • Resolved an issue where the Appointment Reminder Email Template would not reset to default as expected

    AutoPrinter:

    • Resolved an issue where certain printers would cause AutoPrinter to print extra blank space before and after the actual receipt details, causing longer than expected receipts

    Customers:

    • Resolved a trio of issues surrounding address lookup / autocomplete, that caused data to be improperly entered into their correct field(s)
    • Resolved an issue where the setting “Disable Address Autocomplete” was not working as expected

    Invoices:

    • Resolved an issue where unbilled time entries would not properly release after deleting an invoice
    • Resolved an issue with Ad-Hoc bundles where the improper currency was displayed in error

    Integrations and Add-Ons:

    • Resolved an issue that caused some Webroot usage data to be incorrect
    • Resolved an issue that caused some BitDefender malware detections to not properly alert in Syncro
    • Resolved an issue with the Check-In screen where standard “Referred By” fields were not displayed when expected

    Monitoring:

    • Resolved an issue where some specific use cases would cause the Low HDD Free Space alert not to trigger as expected when over the set threshold
    • Resolved an issue that would occasionally cause the Syncro Splashtop agent to display an error: “The session password is incorrect”

    • Resolved an issue where Policy Inheritance would automatically deduplicate scripts
    • Resolved an issue that would show old settings after a new Effective Policy was applied to a folder

    RMM:

    • Resolved an issue where Syncro Splashtop installations could not be replaced by a BYO Splashtop installer

    Reports:

    • Resolved an issue in the Sales Tax Report where the taxable gross line item values did not display correctly
    • Resolved an issue in the Summary By Customer Report that would fail to run with a “504” error code
    • Resolved an issue in the Asset Activity Audit – Scheduled Report where data was not outputting as expected
    • Resolved an issue in the Tickets Without Charges Report where filtered date ranges were not working correctly
    • Resolved an issue in the Vulnerable Systems Report where search criteria was reset if the “Loading Report” message was displayed

    Scripts:

    • Resolved an issue where certain scripts could be run locally, but not through the Syncro Agent

    Tickets:

    • Resolved an issue where certain conditions would cause paid ticket charges not to clear as expected
    • Resolved an issue where a ticket with a custom status would revert to blank / no status / the default

    • Resolved an issue that caused some popup windows (details windows) to display smaller than anticipated
