Executive Summary Report Builder List Blocks Added to Syncro RMM & PSA

Today we’re happy to finally be delivering on the last component of our Executive Summary Report Builder.

This release adds an entirely new block type called List Blocks. List blocks currently support Assets and Tickets, and you can showcase lists of e​​​​​​​ach respective item scoped to all records or records matching an existing Saved Asset or Ticket Search. List block columns are completely customizable, including reordering, sorting, and displaying a fixed amount of rows.

So that’s our new update to our Executive Summary Report Builder, available starting today.​​​​​​​
