Emsisoft MAV Update & Part Orders Enhancement

Release Update

We Now Support Emsisoft Cloud Console Within Syncro

Today we added support for Emsisoft’s Cloud Console (ECC) within Syncro. Once configured, new Emsisoft deployments triggered by Syncro will automatically show up in the ECC, and you’ll have more granular control over various aspects of your MAV installations through a variety of settings that weren’t available to you previously. This includes things like Exclusions and in-depth Scanner settings.

For a full guide on how to configure your Syncro instance to work with the Emsisoft Cloud Console, as well as the specific settings that are now controlled within the ECC vs Syncro Policy, please click here to review our Help Center article.

You Can Now Create Invoices Directly from Part Orders

Today we also introduced the ability to generate an Invoice directly from a Part Order within Syncro.

Prior to this update, Part Orders could only be associated with Tickets which could then generate into an Invoice. Now Part Orders can appear directly within Invoices without the creation of a Ticket first, saving you workflow steps and valuable time.

We look forward to bringing you more user-requested updates soon!
