Issues Resolved:

Admin Templates:

• Resolved an issue where “Resolved Email Templates” were not available to use

Invoices:

• Resolved an issue where the “add any pending ticket charges” setting was not honored when cloning a Recurring Invoice Template
• Resolved an issue where Recurring Invoices would reset a bundle description to an item description during actual invoice generation

Splashtop:

• Resolved an issue where certain conditions on Mac would cause Syncro Splashtop to fail to connect

Mac Agent:

• Resolved an issue that caused the Mac Agent to display an overly large Syncro logo
• Resolved an issue that caused the “submit” and “screenshot” buttons were either not working or not displayed properly
• Resolved an issue where the Syncro Mac Agent would not be able to correctly install the latest Webroot client
