You can now create Per-Customer Invoice templates. We have also added the disable MFA button to the Admin/User page for Global Admins and automatically stop the Ticket Timer when a Ticket Status is set to “Resolved.”

    The disable MFA button has been added to AdminUsers(user id) page for Global Admins.

    Now all Splashtop users can access a device managed on the account rather than just a single user.
