    Bug Fix: We fixed an issue where the Default Ticket Due Date in Ticket Preferences was not always being used on ticket creation.

    Bug Fix: We fixed an issue with ‘Bill To’ address template tags not always displaying the correct address in PDF’s when a Contact is assigned.

    Bug Fix: We fixed an issue where SLA timers were not pausing for some status’.
