We’ve added the ability for you to turn on a permission request in order for your clients to give you access to remote into their machine(s).
The default setting within Syncro still remains as “unattended access” on all client machines, but now you can elect to turn on attended access on a per-client level via Policies. You can also set a permission to only allow certain employees access to the attended access setting within a Policy.
