We’ve added the ability to Customize Labels within Syncro. Using the new canvas-based editor, you can customize Asset, Customer, Product and Ticket labels to your liking. Learn more here.
Bug fix: We fixed an issue in the Admin Settings for Users where the Add User option would need to be selected twice in order to add a user successfully.
Bug fix: We fixed an issue in the API where Product updates to SKU were not posting successfully.
